Selection of PR & Marketing Agencies
Ennovative Gaming SARL (betPawa), a licensed company operating in the sports betting and
Casino games sector in Cameroon, hereby launches a Call for Tenders for the selection of qualified
Public Relations (PR) and Marketing Agencies to be included in its approved list of suppliers for the fiscal year.
The selected agencies will be engaged on a framework basis to support Ennovative Gaming SARL (betPawa) in the design, development, and execution of PR and marketing activities through out the year, in line with the company’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Scope of Services
The PR & Marketing agencies will be required to:
• Provide strategic communication and brand positioning support.
• Manage press releases, media relations, and corporate announcements.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Support brand visibility initiatives in line with the betting and gaming industry’s compliance standards.
• Provide crisis communication support when necessary. - Eligibility Requirements
Interested agencies must submit a complete application package containing the following administrative and legal documents: - Updated Articles of Association.
- Copy of valid Trade Register certificate.
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Valid Social Security Clearance Certificate (CNPS).
- Proof of registration with relevant professional bodies (if applicable).
- Company profile highlighting relevant experience in PR &Marketing, particularly in regulated industries.
- Port folio of previous assignments (preferably in betting, gaming, telecommunications, or
Financial services). - Any other relevant supporting documentation.
- Submission Guidelines
• Application files should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Tender–PR & Marketing Services–Ennovative Gaming SARL”.
• The sealed application must bead dressed to: The Management Ennovative Gaming SARL 1st Floor, Immeuble Neo Life, Sable (Next to Hopital Ad Lucem Sable) Douala, Cameroon
• Deadline for submission:15th September, 2025, at 12:00pm.
• Late submissions will not be considered. - Evaluation & Selection
The evaluation will be based on compliance with administrative requirements, proven expertise, and demonstrated capacity to deliver PR &Marketing services in line with the company’s operational needs. Only agencies meeting a leligibility requirements will be pre-qualified and included in Ennovative Gaming SARL’s supplier list. - Important Notice
This tender does not constitute a contract. Inclusion on the supplier list does not guarantee the award of a contract. Ennovative Gaming SARL (bet Pawa) reserves the right to accept or reject any application without obligation to provide justification.
